BLOOD PRESSURE!!!

2 out of 5 stars

BLOOD PRESSURE!!!
The Fitbit itself is great!;but Do Not Relay on the Blood preasure to be exact! I wanted to monitor mine at night while I sleep, the numbers were alarmingly!! I was ready to see a Cardiologist! I decided to purchased a wrist blood pressure (the one's they use in hospitals, sure enough my blood pressure dropped to 89/68 -95/76 while I sleep and 100/73- 106/70 and when i was awake. I cancelled my referral with the cardiologist with my PCP.

This is not reliable. It’s so far off with the blood pressure so if someone has blood pressure to monitor, do not buy this watch you would end up in serious condition. If you relied on it it does not track your steps correctly moving an arm makes it count steps, which is ridiculous. The print is so small on the screen that you can barely read it and I have perfect vision I learned my lesson you get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a simple fitness tracker for a great price, this is a good one.
Only miner complaint is I wish it worked with the fitbit app but not that big of a deal that it doesn't

Cute design, but the health tracking isn’t accurate. It records blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature even when it’s not on my wrist, and the app continues logging readings after I’ve taken it off. It also counts almost every little movement as a step. I know it’s only $25, but I expected it to be at least somewhat reliable. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning it. Video posted for reference. Photo of blood pressure readings throughout the entire day and I didn’t wear it once.

I’ve been using this fitness tracker for a little while and honestly it does more than I expected for the price. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, and I like that it tracks heart rate, sleep, steps, and even blood oxygen automatically. The battery lasts pretty well so I don’t have to charge it all the time.
The watch is also easy to connect to the phone, and the notifications are convenient when I don’t want to keep checking my phone. I mainly use it for step counting and sleep tracking, and the data seems pretty accurate for daily use. Overall it’s a good affordable smartwatch if you just want something simple and practical for everyday fitness tracking.

This Zeacool Fit wristband is perfect, you can get texts and Messenger alerts, you can set up other apps to notify you, set alarms, along with step and sleep goals, reminders for water consumption, to stand and move around a bit. Which for me is great I have a pretty sedentary job. I feel like the visual step counter might be off, but to be honest, I type, and move my hands a lot so I feel like its getting that. It counted 59 steps while I was sleeping (after midnight) I guess I moved around a bit last night LOL. Overall this is GREAT! I would definitely purchase for myself, friend or family member as a gift. (& not as a "fitness" get healthy gift" just because of its capabilities alone.

I purchased this to use for my exercise classes, walking and the BP, heart rate, etc. It looks good and fits great but unfortunately, the exercise tracking only works while you have it set but if you touch the button by accident or want to check the time, it all disappears and doesn't download anywhere. Everything is lost. I'd start over in the same thing would happen. Nothing on the app or watch. The stuff counting was way off after my walks. Also temperature is not correct unless my body temp is 94.4°. BP is way off, heart rates off. Not a good purchase in my opinion.

So inaccurate. I could be doing cardio and my heart rate reads 96. Also, I mainly bought it to track my oxygen. Which is NEVER above 94% (lung problems), yet always reads 98%. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

Great little tracker for my wife's little wrists. It took a little while to fathom out setting up and connecting bluetooth but perhaps I should have followed the instructions a little more carefully. It all looks straightforward now I've done it!! the money it's been a good purchase and is a nice-looking bit of kit.

My good friend has a Fitbit which was given to her as a gift. I’ve observed her using this off and on over the years and as she became more comfortable with the ins and outs of it and used it, this became a self feeding situation. The more she used it the better she got at navigating it the more she was comfortable with it to use it more. So all this to say, that I am currently at the slightly confused and not very good with this stage. But a brief review of this has me very intrigued and interested in learning about this more. Which if following what I’ve seen, means just jumping in and using this. After playing with this a few days, things are getting a bit better. Though I do find the included printed instructions were very minimal for the basic start-up aspect and really helping to familiarize myself with it. It was decent at outlining what it offered and the basics as to how to navigate to that point on the device. But again, I do need my hand held and things explained in a very clear baby steps process.
As for the watch itself, this appears a nice device! The watch strap is the expected flexible plastic type and is of a narrow design. It fit and felt nice on my wrist, but I am left wondering if it would breathe in hot and humid weather? Though stated this is for a women, I do feel that anyone who wants a smaller, less visually there physical tracker device might find this one is a better fit for that. Now my only concern is the actual fit. While it fits my wrist with extra room, I have a smaller wrist. As for anyone with a bigger, chunky wrist, this might be a sizing issue. The touch screen was acceptably sensitive and made navigating not too troublesome. Again, hands on use and experience with this will solve a lot of my current issues I’m sure. Everyone has to start learning things at some point and for this device, my time is now.
This personal activity tracker will come in very handy this Winter as I start up my indoor programs. And this should help me not only monitor my results and progress, but help create the challenges/motivation to push past imagined goal lines and I will have the data on this device to use for this!
