    I absolutely love it. The main reason I bought it was to track my sleep metrics, and it does an excellent job—since my phone and watch already handle step counting and exercise well. The companion app is good, especially for those sleep metrics, and best of all, it has no subscription fee. The price is great, and it doubles as a replacement wedding band, so it serves two purposes. Charging is fast, taking only about an hour to an hour and a half, though the battery lasts three to four days at most. That still works perfectly for my needs. I highly recommend it.

    The truth is that I am amazed. I forget that I am wearing the ring for the majority of the day because it is so lightweight and silky. I even forget to wear it while I am typing or sleeping. In contrast to watches, it does not irritate my wrist when I am sleeping.

    When I charge it, the battery life lasts for several days, and it charges really quickly. Even though I washed my hands, took a shower, and even worked out without taking it off, I really appreciate the fact that it is waterproof.
