Can BestQool red light therapy mat be used for face and hair?

You can use Redot L to help your hair grow, but make sure you wear protective glasses and keep the Redot L 3.93–7.87 inches away from your face to avoid heat dissipation if you use it for your face.

How to get a full-body red light therapy mat at home?

By purchasing another Redot L separately, and then splicing them according to instructions you can find both A+ and the user manual.

Can I adjust the light wavelength to meet my needs?

Both Redot L and Redot M are set to emit 660nm & 850nm together by default, you can’t choose to turn on the single light. Redot S can adjust the light according to your needs.

Should I wear the protective eyewear if I use the Redot L for back?

There is no need to wear protective eyewear if you don’t look at it directly beyond 5 minutes, be aware of the pulse mode that may make you feel dizzy even if you look directly at it for a short time.

What benefits can pulse modes bring to my body? When do I need to turn on it?
