Pure & Essential Omega-3 Wild Fish Oil is a high absorption, fast-acting and super concentrated EPA & DHA 1000mg omega-3 supplement. Provided in the most advanced molecular omega-3 form, re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) is absorbed in the same way as natural triglyceride, but at 70% concentration, is more than twice the strength of standard fish oil and increases cellular omega-3 levels 3.5x higher than standard fish oil and 5x higher than krill oil.*

Bioactive by Design

Omega-3 is found in different molecular forms, with the advanced re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form offering unrivalled absorption, and not relying on the availability of fat in the diet to support absorption. Absorbed in exactly the same way as natural triglyceride, rTG omega-3 is more than twice as concentrated, so it can deliver higher levels of EPA and DHA directly into cells where they are needed most.

rTG omega- delivers better results, faster, by enriching cellular omega-3 levels more efficiently – helping to improve the Omega-3 Index, a key marker of long term health. Side-by-side comparison studies show that rTG works faster to restore omega balance – raising levels of EPA and DHA in cells 3.5x more than standard fish oil and 5x more than krill oil.

Omega-3 EPA and DHA support multiple areas of health including normal heart function with a daily intake of at least 250 mg; DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision; DHA intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infants, with a daily intake of at least 200 mg.

Population EPA & DHA intake is estimated to be sub-optimal. Incorporated into the outer cell membrane, EPA has a high turnover rate. In contrast, DHA is located in the inner cell membrane where levels are better retained, meaning that DHA turnover is much slower than that of EPA. Supplementing with an omega-3 fish oil offering a higher EPA to DHA ratio ensures DHA levels are not over-saturated at the expense of low EPA stores.
