EASY TO USE – The Pod Company’s Long Pod is easy to use. Simply fill with water and ice, zip on the thermal lid, and plunge in. Designed for 1-person use, The Long Pod can be used daily or post-workout for 2–10 minutes. Clean and drain after use, and fold flat for storage. We recommend trying to stay submerged in the ice bath tub for between 5-10 minutes. If you’re new to cold plunging, start with 2 minutes in and work your way up. We recommend the ice bath water temperature be between 40℉-50℉.
